Bluetooth
#1
Hi,

is it possible to make Bluetooth working? It seems that the chip RTL8723BS contains Bluetooth, but there are no Linux driers for it.

There is a code for that here:
https://github.com/lwfinger/rtl8723bs_bt

However, I have some problems with it:
https://github.com/lwfinger/rtl8723bs_bt/issues/13

Has anyone solved these problems already?

Do you mean PCG02U, the Ubuntu version instead of Windows version?
I will move this topci to another group to reply it.

Thanks

Hi
What about the Bluetooth on Ubuntu 16.04?
Thanks

Merely according to our technical team's reply, they're not able to make Bluetooth working on Ubuntu 14.04 on PCG02U which uses Intel BayTrail Z3735F CPU.

However, they have tried to make Bluetooth working on Ubuntu 16.04 pc stick using Intel CherryTrail Z8300. But they're reluctant to release pc stick with Ubuntu 16.04 on the CPU, because it is much expensive than Intel BayTrail Z3735F. It will turn out to be US$99 for a new pc stick. They would like to get feedback on our customers whether it worth doing that.

Thanks
